Welcome to Vobolio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vobolio mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 16, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

• Vobolio allows users to create personal vocabulary lists in foreign languages, add words and translations, and practice with them.
• The App operates entirely on your device and does not connect to external servers for storing user data.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you add to the App.
• You agree not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
• You must not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App in any unauthorized way.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Vobolio and its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not warrant that the App will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the App, including loss of data due to device failure or app errors.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the App at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• If required by law, disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified by applicable regulations.
